I'm not sure if everyone received the email that was sent on Saturday, but here's a follow up.
The issue with the data center has been resolved, however their backup files were corrupted which means 1 or 2 things.
1. Your expiration date may be incorrect.
2. Your account may have been deleted.
I'm working on restoring all of the deleted accounts, but it will take time, and no it won't be finished by today, as there are well over 1500 accounts I will have to go in and manually restore.
Once that has been done, you will receive the MV Live service info email like you did when you initially signed up for service. You should also notice that your expiration dates are being updated which means you're getting additional time added to your service at no additional cost.
